I haven’t made my bookings yet

I haven’t made my bookings yet, but I was planning to get the one for Nashville, TN. I wanted to check reviews first. Every issue people mention, your team quickly answers, but just says sorry and that someone will contact them. Question??? Do you actually follow up and fix problems, or is that just an auto reply to seem helpful? Waiting to hear back before I book. Thanks alot, Araminta

They offer decent value.

They offer decent value. It's real. Just know, you'll keep getting calls from PCH again and again. Also, when you order the promo, they make it seem like you have only 15 minutes or the deal is gone. That's nonsense, just a pushy sales trick.

The agency helped me a lot

The agency helped me a lot by telling me what each service included and the cost, and they said I could stop anytime if I was not happy with them.
