Ants finally stayed away

My kitchen had a steady line of ants. Mixed the concentrate, sprayed baseboards, and the trails faded after a day. Smells like a spa, a little strong at first. I’m fine with that tradeoff, room aired out quik.

Scent was a bit much

Strong citrus hit me when I opened the bottle. I switched to a lighter mix. It deterred some bugs, but the scent was too much for my small place.

Quick reply about pets

Shipping question about using sprays around cats came back fast, with clear usage tips and links. Reassuring tone, no scare tactics. Package arrived sealed, leak free, and on time.

Works, scent is potent

Used the concentrate in a sprayer for the kitchen and back door. It knocked out small trails quickly but needed a second pass by day three. The clove smell lingers, which my partner disliked. Still, I prefer this to harsh chemicals.

Fast knockdown surprised me

Sprayed under the sink, one roach flipped almost instantly. The clove smell punched, but I felt oddly relieved instead of worried.

Had a problem with bed bugs

Had a problem with bed bugs, and using your spray, we got rid of them quickly. We had guests who brought them in. It was surprising how well it worked on the bed bugs and other pests.

It works great on contact, but didn't get

It works great on contact, but didn't get rid of the bedbugs. I bought 2 bottles and went through an entire bottle of spray on my chair where I sleep. The bugs keep coming out more and biting me all night. I was looking for a good night's sleep for once, but again can't sleep due to getting bit up. I am dissapointed that it didn't get rid of the bedbugs, just brought out a lot more.

I love these big traps.

I love these big traps. They are so easy to set up and instal the bait. I like to put it in the corner so if the bugs are following the wall, they walk right in. I wish I had ordered more to get the discount.

These products perform admirably.

These products perform admirably. Setting them up is a breeze, and there's no unpleasant odor from the bait pellet. They also don't occupy much space, although it's worth noting that they need to be laid flat, and attempts to affix them to the wall proved unsuccessful as the pellet tends to fall out. Despite this minor inconvenience, I would recommend the product itself. However, I would caution against choosing this company as your supplier. In my experience, I've placed two orders (one-time and a recurring shipment), both of which were accompanied by significant issues. The shipping boxes were severely damaged, leading to damage to two of the glue traps. The outer and inner boxes were crushed and torn, affecting the mylar/metallic bags inside. These bags, housing the traps, were torn on the two closest to the damaged box and were waterlogged, rendering them soft and incapable of sitting flat or straight. Moreover, the shipping duration is lengthy, and the website's navigation is somewhat challenging. Despite receiving shipping information via text, managing subscriptions on the website is problematic without an order number, which is notably absent from the tracking details.

This company's product severely

This company's product severely disappoints, failing to meet even the most basic standards, especially considering its steep price. In my attempt to address a roach issue, I utilized two bottles with zero effect. The outcome is a total financial loss and blatant false advertising on a major scale.

I've been a NoFlyZone user for a while,

I've been a NoFlyZone user for a while, but the recurring glitch on their website is a hassle. Despite being a loyal member with a track record of successful deliveries, I consistently face issues entering my address. This forces me to reach out to customer service for every order, disrupting what should be a seamless process. While I still recommend the service, addressing this technical flaw is crucial for an improved user experience.

Placed an order for 10 bottles

Placed an order for 10 bottles, received only 7 of those bottles and have not been able to get ahold of anybody in customer service to figure out why or do either refund me for the 3 bottles or fulfill the order and send me the remaining 3 bottles. This is an edit because I was finally able to get ahold of somebody at the company. And they are promising to fulfill the order. If that does happen, I will adjust my review accordingly.

This product saved my sanity

This product saved my sanity... We struggled with critters here and there every now and then, and trying to keep a bug-free home was driving me crazy because we have 3-year-old twins and 2 cats that are very nosy when you're spraying stuff that they aren't supposed to go near, lol... But Bug MD not only works and my home is critter-free, but also set my mind at ease knowing it wouldn't harm my babies or my pets. It's a great product, and they have amazing customer service too! Love this product 100%!
