I’ve already canceled two meal services because of this same delivery issue. Fresh meals need to arrive on time, but with Home Chef’s delivery service, you never know if you'll get your meals on the promised day, the next day, or even at all. Once, they said they couldn't deliver because they needed an access code, which is weird since I don't live in a gated community. Another time, they just lost my package. Deliveries have even come as late as 10 PM. This really messes up the whole experience with Home Chef.
