Then when you want to cancel they tell you they can't refund your membership after your text "consultation" Use another company.

Just like everyone else, I got stuck in the loop of paying, getting auto-charged, and never receiving the medication I ordered. Their customer service is a joke—nothing but delay tactics and non-answers. I’m still waiting on a refund, but they keep dodging any real communication. It's like they're pros at avoiding responsibility. Honestly, it feels like they’re just out here stealing money from people. They need to be shut down, plain and simple.
