LensPure

Placing my order was really simple and fast

Placing my order was really simple and fast, and the prices are way lower than what I usually pay on other sites. They came in under a week, and the lenses were in great shape with a 2-year expiration. I will definitely order from LensPure again.

Lenspure is my go-to, they send my order right

Lenspure is my go-to, they send my order right and the cost is fair, but on 2 diffrent occassions, I got a contact lense that was kind of folded or stuck together, like it was bent and wouldn't open right. Both times it tore when I tried to fix it. So I had to toss 2 bad lenses.

You all make it simple to find what I really need

You all make it simple to find what I really need and often can’t pay for. It’s nice not being overcharged for a test when my eyes have been checked many times and I’ve used lenses since I was 10. Thanks!

The cost is fair and it’s easy to buy lenses.

The cost is fair and it’s easy to buy lenses. But I keep having trouble with the lenses themself. They rip often when I try to put them on. Maybe they’re too dry or just poor quallity?

Shipping was quick, cost was fair

Placing an order was quick and shipping was really speedy.

Placing an order was quick and shipping was really speedy. The prices are great, and there's a wide variety of products to choose from. My only issue was that when the package arrived, there was a label on it showing everything I purchased. I think that makes it more likely to be stolen.

Really pleased with my purchase!

Really pleased with my purchase! I’ve always been annoyed by the eye industry, making me pay HUNDREDS for a paper each year for 14 years just to order what I need, even when I didn't want an eye exam and already knew what I wanted. Lenspure gave me exactly what I needed, no hassle, and it’s perfect.

I would have given them 5 stars but for now I'll give 4 stars becase of the wait. They let me know before, so I think that was fair. I'm a glad customer here and will buy again soon. Thanks and keep up the nice work.

LensPure’s customer service is great.

LensPure’s customer service is great. They kept me informed about possible delays with the CanadaPost strike and did their best to handle the situation. I also got some extra little treats for the holidays, which was a nice touch. Shipping was still quick, and I’ll be sure to shop here again.

I get that there was a postal strike, but I didn't know

I get that there was a postal strike, but I didn't know about it when I ordered. I placed my order on November 28th, and the company was aware of the strike. They could have warned me about possible delays or offered another shipping method. I only got my order by the end of December. Considering the strike was happening, they should have provided other shipping choices or at least informed customers not to expect fast delivery. That way, we could have ordered from another place or been prepared for a delay.

The app was simple to use.

It was just a good, no-nonsense buying experience.

Lenspure offered good prices on contacts I wanted

Lenspure offered good prices on contacts I wanted without needing a prescription. It was important to input the prescription from my existing boxes without having to wait for vision center verification.

Really liked the budget-friendly lenses!

Really liked the budget-friendly lenses! I almost believed it was too good to be real, but they turned out great. I just wish the expiration date wasn’t so soon, but that’s okay, I should be done with these lenses before they go bad.
