They was very quick in repling to my emails, and the prices was reasonable. It took a bit long for the shipping tho, it came from British Columbia to US, it took 12 days in total. But I will buy from them again.

Communication and service seem poor. I'll use the contacts when they arrive, but won't order again. It's frustrating not getting any acknowledgment for my messages.

What's even more frustrating is that I never received a refund for the shipping costs, compounding the overall dissatisfaction with the service. This has been an incredibly frustrating and unsatisfactory experience, and I would caution anyone considering using this company to think twice before making a purchase.

Ordered contacts on November 12th

Ordered contacts on November 12th, and it's currently December 13th, but unfortunately, I'm still without them. It seems there was a hiccup when I provided my PO Box information. Somehow, the company misunderstood the need to leave the package at the post office, resulting in my package making its way back to Canada. Despite my PO Box being equipped to handle packages, it appears there was a bit of confusion on their end. Frustratingly, it feels like they can't quite get their act together.
