Legit lenses, clear comms

Ordered monthly lenses for both eyes. Confirmation arrived immediately, and a short delay email explained a supplier hold with new delivery dates. Package came sealed and authentic. Prices beat my clinic, and the reorder reminder was surprisingly helpful without being pushy.

Backorder answer, no drama

Asked why my torics were delayed. Support replied next morning, clear ETA and options to swap or wait. Not thrilling, but it worked.

Reorder took two minutes

Made an account, selected my brand and power, and re-ordered dailies in a couple clicks. First purchase needed a quick Rx upload, then it was smooth sailing. Shipping landed as quoted.

Straightforward contact lens reorder

LensPure made reordering my daily torics simple. Uploaded my prescription once, applied a coupon, and checkout was quick. Shipping took 4 days and boxes arrived sealed and legit.

Name-brand lenses, legit quality

Felt confident the second I opened the box. Fresh stock, identical to my optometrist's supply, just cheaper. Eyes stayed comfy all day.

Smooth order, easy verify

Uploading my prescription was straightforward and they verified with my optometrist quickly. Filters by brand and power made picking fast. I liked how shipping estimates appeared before checkout, so no surprises.

Quick answer on returns

Support explained unopened-return rules in under 10 minutes and sent a label. Professional tone and no runaround. That clarity mattered.

Comfort right out the box

Fresh boxes, correct parameters, and my eyes felt great all day. Exactly what I hoped for.

Lens comfort surprise

Put the new pair in and forgot about them for hours. No dryness. That felt like a win.

Helpful verification team

They contacted my eye doctor, kept me updated, and explained passive verification rules clearly. Quick, polite, and fully resolved.

Prescription ordering made easy

LensPure’s form captured my parameters clearly. Verification notice came fast. Navigating power, base curve, and diameter was straightforward with tooltips.

Accurate lenses, slight delay

Order process was smooth and prescription validated promptly. Shipment took a day longer than estimated but arrived sealed and correct. The parameter clarity on pages stood out most to me.

Helpful with parameter mix-up

I fat-fingered my axis. Support caught it during verification, emailed me clearly, and fixed the order before shipping. Saved me a return headache.

Prescription check then quick ship

Account creation and entering my parameters was simple. They verified my RX with my eye doctor, then shipped faster than I expected. Product matched my base curve and power perfectly.

Better not return your product

I returned an order of over $100, unfortunately my perception does not fit and I have to. return it. They refund $37 said deducted the tariff. And I already paid $26 to ship back the package, meaning I’m getting less then $10 refund back. Please please avoid if you have any doubt in your perscription.

Prescription entry was simple

Entering my power, base curve, and brand took a minute. They verified my prescription with my optometrist and kept me posted. Shipping options and dates were clear before checkout, which eased my mind.

Fixed my axis typo fast

Chat responded in under five minutes, spotted my axis error, and corrected the order before fulfillment. Clear, calm, and actually helpful.

Reliable for my torics

I’ve bounced between a few lens sites, but LensPure hit the sweet spot on price and stock for my torics. They verified my script without drama and shipped faster than I expected. Nothing fancy, just what I needed, which I appreciate.

Scam company do not purchase

I purchased from this company as my prescription ran out and needed new contacts. The contacts literally ripped apart after 2 days of use. These are not real company contacts they are very poor knock offs.

Really great service.

Prices are fair and everything arrived quickly without any trouble. The only downside is the extra tariff fee caused by the dumb president, but I know it’s not the sellers falt.

The service is simple.

The service is simple. I don't like that you are not able to update your address once the order is placed. It feels very annoying and slow to fix.

Quick delivery using standard shipping.

Quick delivery using standard shipping. LensPure is based in Canada and my package arrived in the US in about 7 days with tracking details. Customer service was nice with a live phone agent. The prices are fair and they often have promo coupons. What a great company!

Mostly fine.

Mostly fine. It’s not their fault. I forgot to apply a coupon and they didn’t want to add it later, plus I couldn’t cancel the order.
