Quality beyond the price

Jacket stitching and fabric impressed me. I felt pleasantly surprised paying outlet prices for premium feel. Would grab another drop.

The order process was simple

This is my first time shopping with secret sales and I am very happy.

This is my first time shopping with secret sales and I am very happy. Prices are nice and the support team is great. Serena, the Customer care advocate, was very kind. I used the return voucher on the wrong product by mistake, but she was calm and fixed it quickly. Really thankful for your help Serena. Secretsales is now saved in my bookmarks! Thanks ☺️

I bought adidas trainers and the box came not in good shape..

I bought adidas trainers and the box came not in good shape.. also ordered jeans while I was out shopping, the trainers went to my neighbour as I asked but the jeans got left by my flat door. Later when I saw my emails it said jeans were put at the main entrance of my building, a place where many drug users hang around, so they could easy be stolen. Yet the email says delivered. And yes it was EVRI who did this. I will contact secret sales, if they still use Evri I won’t shop with them again.

I Have made two purchases from Secret Sales

I expected the paper towels to come

I expected the paper towels to come packaged like in the picture, not 6 loose rolls inside a box. Everything else was okay.

I faced some trouble with returns

I faced some trouble with returns, but Aisha and Zarmeen handled the problems with politeness and quickness.

I was a bit shocked.

I was a bit shocked. So far, I don’t have any problems. I got the Beige Quilted Textured Patchwork Loose Fit Hooded Jacket Azura Exchange. The jacket looks like something from Temu. There is no tag or size or brand label. I don’t think this is usual. Only a tiny label on the left side says made in China.

Sometimes when you order from different brands at once

Sometimes when you order from different brands at once, the items come in many packages. The problem is when you want to return something, you might get only one return label. This often means you have to call Customer Services. Gabriela made this easier for me by working hard to make sure my returns got back to the right place. It’s nice to meet someone who handles a question or request until it’s fixed. Good job Gabriela :)

At first, after I placed my order and got the tracking number

At first, after I placed my order and got the tracking number, I thought everything would go easy, but the tracking stayed the same for two days straight, two days late from the original delivery date. I needed the item before my trip and got a little worried, but I’m giving 5 stars because of the helpful customer service (Lucy). When I reached out to her, she did her best and helped me get the item fast, and I got it right before my holiday👍

I just bought these shiny cute sixty style low heel loafers.

I just bought these shiny cute sixty style low heel loafers. The soft insole gives really good support. I can wear them all day long without feeling any pain during work hours. This is one of my number 1 picks for anyone wanting a comfy and stylish shoe.

I had a problem with my order, but Serena

I had a problem with my order, but Serena helped me fast on live chat and fixed it in a few minutes. The shoes were a bit disappointing, but the support I got is one of the best I’ve ever had and makes me want to place another order.

I really like Secret Sales.

Great service

Great service. Really pleased with the cost I paid for real Perris Monte Carlo perfume. Quick shipping and delivery.

Simple to navigate app.

Found some real good deals on designer stuff cheaper than shops. Lots of updates and details given. There's plenty to pick from but not all sizes show up, tho that’s kind of normal as it’s stock brands want gone to make room for new gear. Worth checking, definetly give it a go.

I gave 3 stars ⭐ because I got a refund

I gave 3 stars ⭐ because I got a refund, but the whole experience made me feel like I was doing something wrong. I ordered 2 shampoos and 2 conditioners, but I ended up with 4 shampoos. I had to provide pictures of the bottles I got, which I understand, but then they asked for photos of the delivery note and my original order before they finally agreed to the refund.
