Solidgate

Solid

Hub made it manageable

From the API keys to the webhooks, onboarding felt guided. The Hub’s routing rules were easy to test in sandbox and the token vault docs were plain English. We shipped our first live payment path after a short internal checklist.

Routing actually improved rates

Testing smart routing left me confident. Declines dropped on our tough BINs, and the analytics view reassured my ops team that retries were not random stabs.

Helpful integration answers

Took two tickets to clarify network tokens and retries. Replies landed same day with code snippets. Not instant chat, but accurate and calm, which I appreciated.

Integration worth the lift

Kicked off a sprint with their solutions team, mapped routing rules, and integrated via REST with help from solid examples. Sandbox was clear, Hub reports clicked fast. Pricing took a few emails to finalize, yet the approval rate lift after network tokens made the work worth it.

Quick API hookup, smooth

Dashboard invite, keys generated, sandbox humming in under an hour. Docs were tight, curl snippets worked, and webhooks verified on first pass. Merchant onboarding steps were clear so we could go live with confidence.

Solid but slower compliance

Integration went cleanly and communication was steady. The only snag was KYC reviews taking a couple days more than we hoped. Support kept us updated and the sandbox-to-production switch was well guided. Reliability and reporting have been strong since launch.

Integration docs that deliver

Spun up a test account, followed the quickstart, and had sandbox payments flowing in an afternoon. Hit one webhook snafu; support surfaced the header issue fast. The standout for me is their clear status communication and fraud settings that are actually explainable.

Fast reply on settlement

Asked about payout timing differences. Got a same-day response with a clean table of cycles and cutoffs. Clear enough that finance stopped pinging me.

Smooth dashboard, sane defaults

Creating keys and toggling test vs live felt safe. The UI makes risk rules discoverable without being buried. Learning curve was mild after the first few transactions.

Clean api, painless setup

Registered a sandbox account and had payments running after an afternoon with the docs. Webhooks behaved, 3-D Secure flows were sensible. Dashboard approval rates are handy for quick checks. Good first impression.
