NO DELIVERY I placed and paid in full for an order on 2 February 2026 with STYLEVANA, based on the website’s clear promise of 5-day delivery. It has now been well over a month, and I have received nothing. There is no valid tracking number, no proof that the order has been shipped, and no meaningful communication from the company. Customer service responses (when they reply at all) are generic, automated, and unhelpful, providing no concrete information about when — or if — my order will be delivered. Repeated attempts to obtain a tracking number or a realistic delivery date have been ignored. At this stage, this is not a simple delay — it is payment taken without delivery, combined with misleading delivery claims and extremely poor customer service. Had the true shipping timelines or risks been disclosed upfront, I would never have placed the order. I am now forced to pursue a chargeback through my bank due to non-delivery of goods. I strongly advise others to avoid ordering from this site, or only proceed if you are prepared for long delays, no transparency, and the possibility of having to recover your money through your bank rather than the retailer

Delivery to Germany 2 month

The goods were not sent within a month, and a month later they said that standard delivery lasts a month from the moment of departure and we have to wait another month. That is, even if you only select items that are guaranteed to be shipped within 48 hours, you will be waiting at least 2 months if they are shipped to you at all.

I was nervous after seeing other reviews

I was nervous after seeing other reviews, but my order came complete (small spill of the hair mask) in 18 days. I feel lucky to have tried it myself. The prices are nice compared to other sites, but I hope Stylevana improves their customer service so I can trust them more next time, because waiting and hoping for my package is stressful.

worst shopping site

It’s the worst shopping site I’ve ever seen. The employees are liars and don’t tell the truth about the status of the order. They don’t provide the tracking number but claim the order has already been handed over to the carrier — how is that possible? Then, they also say they can’t issue a refund because we have to wait for the carrier to return the product. They asked for 14 DAYS to deliver. I’m completely outraged.

Terrible experience with Stylevana. My £120+ order from August still hasn't arrived after three weeks, and there's no tracking information. I was told it would ship in a few days, but that wasn't the case. ​Their customer support has been unhelpful and hasn't addressed my concerns, despite my repeated attempts to contact them. The delay even caused me to miss my sister's birthday, as part of the order was her gift. ​The lack of communication and poor service is unacceptable. I regret ordering from them and want to warn others to avoid Stylevana. No sign of a refund despite 3 requests, and the order still hasnt even been packed and it's been 25 days now. Order from somewhere else😡

Never ordering from them again, their customer service is trash. They used a new courier instead of usps and the courier sent it back instead of delivering it. Stylevana keeps giving me the same bs response instead of either sending another order or refunding me. I had to dispute it with my bank

I had bought a pack of collagen and some face masks from this company, when the package came, the collagen bag was torn, the entire box was full of powder, even the masks had collagen on them, I contacted customer service and sent pictures of the torn bag, they answered a few days later, but they wanted batch number, expiry date and more proof photos, since the whole box was sticky and messy, which is hard to keep without throwing it out, then I was told case closed.

Be careful do not buy from this company! I ordered and had to send a follow-up to finally get my tracking number which had been made 5 days before being sent it. They said item was shipped and the website said 2-4 days delivery. Still no item. They're not giving me a refund until they get the item back when it's clearly lost. Very unhelpful customer support Eunice and Grace. For your peace of mind do not deal with this company. I wish I'd checked reviews before ordering.

The store has good deals and some nice sales, and the range of products is quite decent. Still, many of the brands I usually buy or would buy again are not sold here, which makes choices a bit limited. The biggest problem is shipping — since items come from outside the EU, it normally takes 3–4 weeks, which feels very long. It’s almost easier to just order and then wait like it’s a “gift” when it arrives. My orders have always gotten here so far without problems, but I’ve seen other people say their packages never came. It would be nice if they fixed this problem. Also, when I tried to contact customer support once, it was hard to get an answer, so talking to them could be better. All in all, I’m happy with their service and selection, but there is still some space for improvement.

I asked them to remove that item since I didn’t want to wait the 2-3 weeks they said for restocking. They replied 3 days later saying they would ship the parcel today. Actually, it was sent 4 days after that, and it’s already been 7 business days with no package yet. I paid for express insured shipping, which their website says takes 3-7 business days, but it’s now longer than that. I asked for a refund on shipping and they changed the express shipping time to 4-9 days. I asked for proof of this policy THREE TIMES, but they just kept sending me a link to my tracking (which still shows nothing after 7 business days). This is the second time I bought from them and they were the same before. All my orders are over £300 each, but I won’t buy from them again. Very poor custumer service.

Don’t let the “.nl” domain fool you into believing this is a nearby store with quick shipping. I ordered on 31 May and haven’t gotten my package yet. Even though I got a tracking number, it seems like it might take more than a month to arrive. I really don’t understand how this company is still in business—they’re making losers, not buyers!

I made a purchase on April 2nd and now it’s already June 5th, but my stuff still hasn’t arived. Looks like DHL lost the box, but Stylevana won’t give my money back. They say they need to wait for DHL to finish looking into it. I messaged Stylevana five times and every time they just copy-paste the same reply. I even tried contacting Glamstar Limited (that’s the company listed on my PayPal), but no one ever got back to me. I sent them a proper notice last Friday and emailed again, but still no word. If they don’t fix this before my two-week deadline ends, I plan to report them to the Dutch ECC. I hope other people with the same problem do the same, cause it’s not okay. This stuff breaks the consumer laws in Europe and needs attention. To be fair, I did buy from Stylevana twice before. Delivery was slow, but at least things showed up. This time though, it’s clear that if anything goes wrong, their customer support just doesn’t help. I won’t be buying here again and I don’t suggest others use Stylevana if they want safe shopping for K-beauty stuff.

They don’t explain the shipping and handling info clearly besides saying “next day shipping” and “takes 7-10 days to arrive,” which is a complete lie!!! No updates except sending me a tracking number that “shows NO details.” It’s been 6 weeks and I already left my home for the summer. If the package ever arrives, it will stay outside my house for 3 months. I’m going to dispute this order for “not providing real shipping info.” NEVER order from this site, choose Oliveyoung global instead, it’s real and much more trustable!!!

Still, was very happy when the parcel came. The best things were the speedy shipping and lowest price I found online, which balanced out the small issue with updates. Giving it four and a half stars till now.

I got the same items from Stylevana and Yesstyle on the same day but in diff shades. Stylevana came in 12 days which was nice, I'm still waiting on Yesstyle tho. I did feel nervous at first after seeing all the reviews, and only picked Stylevana cause I had a coupon that worked. But turns out they did good, tracking info was clear and helped. They realy did a solid job.

I’ve had no problems ordering in the US, but in the UK it was a complete mess. I emailed customer service to update my delivery address, and it took them a whole week to reply. Even then, the package was still sent back to the sender, and Stylevana never told me about it. I only found out two weeks later. I’ve asked for a refund, but I’m not sure how it will go. It’s been over a month since I placed the order, and honestly, I won’t be ordering from them again. The low prices aren’t worth the hassle.
