I placed an order 2 months ago and still haven't received anything! I contacted support 7 times, but they haven't responded to me at all. I'm really upset that my order hasn't arrived yet. I wouldn't suggest ordering from here because if something goes wrong, support won't help you.

Great company, if you're looking for quick delivery, make sure your items say, “processing within 24 hours.” If you order something that says “processing within 30 days,” your order won't ship until everything is ready. I usually make two separate orders if I have some items that will ship within 24 hours and some that take longer. I've always gotten my orders, no fake products, and the expiration dates are always at least a year away. Their prices can't be beat and they always have discounts. I’ve been buying from them since 2023.

I have contacted your customer support several times, but I haven’t gotten any response yet. After looking at other reviews on this site, it seems like you don’t pay attention to what people are saying. Many customers are mentioning how they reach out to your support, but after months, their orders are still not shipped. I made my order on February 2nd, and today is February 12th, and it’s still "in process" without being shipped. I’m really disappointed because I’ve ordered from your site before without problems. But now it feels like you’re facing issues and still selling products without delivering them.

Sometimes items aren't available right away, so your order won't ship until everything is in stock. This happened to me once when I bought a couple of face masks with other things, but I missed that some masks were out of stock. This caused a delay in my whole order. I reached out to customer service, and they explained it calmly. One mask couldn't be shipped within about 30 days, so they apologized and refunded me for it quickly. Once my order was sent, it arrived in the UK pretty fast. The packing is always good, and they even include a few nice gifts. I’m now waiting for my 3rd order. If you're looking for the best price and don’t mind waiting a little longer if an item isn’t available, I’d recommend Stylevna.

The variety of products is really good, but the website could be better. When trying to view the cart and scroll to see all the items, the page behind the cart keeps moving, but the cart itself doesn’t allow scrolling. It’s hard to explain, but it made it hard to edit my cart. I was using Safari on my iPhone. This made the process much harder and took me 3 days to finally make my order. At one point, I almost gave up, but you had some products I wanted and decent prices, so I kept trying despite the problems.

Do not buy, it feels like a scam. I placed an order for €220, and they haven't sent it yet. The delivery to Slovakia was supposed to take 5-9 business days, but it's been 19 days, and they haven't even packed my order.

It’s reliable, their sales and deals are great, the products are authentic, I like the free samples, and their reward system is really good—you can get discounts as you collect more points and even free products sometimes. The only thing is that orders usually take 2-3 weeks to come, but since Korean products on their site are often priced lower than other stores and I don’t need them right away, the delay doesn’t bother me. Everything I ordered arrived in good conditon and nothing was missing.

Last time I chose the cheapest option, and it still arrived in 10 days, even though I’m in the US! It’s nice to know my products won’t be expired or damaged, which has happened to me with Amazon. I decided to leave a review for future buyers like myself. I placed an order on 22nd October 2024 and got my products around 4 weeks later. The delivery went well, and the packaging was very good. Everything arrived safely without any damage. Even though it took a while, I would still consider ordering again and I would recommend the company.

Even after that, I didn’t get any updates until I reached out to ask why my order hadn’t shipped. Nobody could tell me when the missing item would be in stock or when the full order would ship. Customer service hasn’t replied at all since then. I won't be ordering here again for sure.

Delivery took a while, but the prices are really good. It took nearly 1 month for my order to ship, and overall it took about 6 weeks to get my items. The lower prices at Stylevana made it worth it. My order shipped from Hong Kong to the UK, which explains the long delivery time. I got a notification from Royal Mail after about a month, and it was a bit confusing since it was their 48-Hour service, with no updates on tracking for 3 days. When I reached out to Stylevana, they informed me that updates come only after the package arrives in the UK. I think they should clarify this for customers, but I’m satisfied with my products and the service I got.

It’s been a terrible experience! I ordered from your website over 3 weeks ago, order #BWSVEUB1000128490, placed in July. I double checked the address and even gave it again when there were problems, but it was right from the start. Yet, after all this time, no sign of my package. I’ve politely requested for you to sort this out and refund me as fast as possible. But still, no response from your side. I am really unhappy with how this is going. Still hoping for my refund!

Fraud and Scam

I wish I can give this company a negative 1000 score. I had the worst experience with Stylevana, and I’m absolutely furious. I placed an order No. BWSVAUA160412296 on 31st July 2024 while visiting Australia, but it never arrived on time. Before leaving on 13th August, I instructed Australia Post to return the package if it was delivered after my departure. Well, it was delivered on 14th August, and Australia Post followed my instructions, returning the package to Stylevana’s warehouse on 16th August. I even received tracking confirmation from Australia Post that the package was delivered successfully to Stylevana's warehouse. Since then, I’ve been emailing Stylevana repeatedly, providing ALL the proof that the order was returned and asking for my refund of 88AUD. How did they respond? They didn’t. They ignored every single one of my emails until I had to post a negative review on Jabbar just to get any attention. When they finally replied, they had the nerve to offer me a useless AUD88 coupon – despite clear proof that the order was NOT lost and was already in their warehouse! It's been THREE MONTHS of constant emails to this company and they are ignoring my requests. Their response is beyond disgusting. It’s like talking to a BOT, with the same scripted nonsense over and over, refusing to acknowledge that they have my returned order! This company is a scam. They’ve stolen my money and are now forcing me to buy from them again, as if I’d ever give them another cent. Their customer service is non-existent, and they prey on customers with their shady practices. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE! They’ll take your money and run, and if you’re lucky enough to even get a reply, they’ll just offer you a pathetic coupon to silence you. STYLEVANA IS A TOTAL SCAM! Refund me my money.

I’ve bought from Stylevana a few times, and it was kind of a mixed bag. Some orders took way too long to arrive. I feel like they list things on the website that they don’t even have in stock, and then they have to get them from somewhere else after you place your order. They really shouldn’t sell stuff they don’t already have on hand. Sometimes, I do get my order fast, but it’s a bit of a gamble, really. You never know if what you’re buying is actually in their warehouse or not. The prices are nice and they have lots of brands, though. Eventually, your order will come, you just gotta be patient. On the bright side, their customer service responds quickley.

I am waiting for over 6 weeks for my order to at least be shipped (all goods supposedly in stock). Wrote 5-6 times to support over the last 3 weeks only to be completely ignored! There is absolutely no communication with the customer and I worry I will never see my order nor my money. I will NEVER BUY HERE again and strongly advise anyone to do the same!!

It’s worth noting since some items say ‘Will ship within 30 days,’ which is easy to miss. Generally, it takes about 2 weeks for delivery. Also, the mystery gift is often 'unavailable.'
