I ordered 4 items 3 weeks ago, but they haven’t shipped them. I emailed several times with no reply. I requested a cancellation, and they agreed but now they are not giving my money back. How long has it been? Frauds. If they don’t return my money by Monday, I’ll consult a lawyer and make a complaint.

Order #BWSVXXA101611424 I am very disappointed with this company's poor customer service. I placed an order 24 DAYS AGO and still have not gotten any updates on my package. The tracking link they gave me is totally broken—it's useless! I paid extra for insured delivery, expecting timely updates and safe delivery, but I've been left without any information. For the last FOUR DAYS, I have been asking for a refund, and they seem to be doing everything they can to avoid giving it to me. This is completely unacceptable! How can a company ignore a customer who paid for insured shipping and then refuse to handle a simple refund? I would NOT suggest this company to anyone. Save yourself the trouble and avoid ordering from them completely!

I placed a second order with them, hoping it would go better. The first time, I didn't get any updates on shipping time and waited 6 weeks. I had to email them, and after 4 days, they said it would ship "soon" with no date given. Eventually, the order arrived with everything I wanted. I tried again, thinking the first issue was a fluke... but it wasn't! No updates again. I got a PayPal refund for an item but no communication from stylevana about the refund or missing items. Their customer service is a joke.

Overall, I realy like Stylevana. I like that I can buy my favorite products for a good price. My cons are that I wish the shipping was quicker (but it’s worth waiting), and my other con is that navigating the website can be a bit annoying, especially when trying to view the cart between searches.

This company is a scam! They don't respond to emails, lie and cheat customers. They're running fake giveaways on Instagram and not giving refunds. Shame on them for tricking people! I want my money back!

Prices are fair compared to others. Arrived in 26 days by DHL. Packaging was good. No email before delivery. Some DHL drivers don't leave notes for undelivered parcels, leading to missed deliveries.

Huge scam! Avoid ordering from them. Cancel ASAP. They're terrible at giving clear answers and their customer service is awful. I got a broken item but couldn't return it because I missed the 48-hour report window. They said they can't accept my claim. I was away, and my roommate got the parcel, so I couldn't report it in time. They won't give me a free return label; I have to pay to ship it from the UK to Hong Kong. Worst CS ever! I'd AVOID this company completely.

Stylevana consistently offers great sales and I appreciate how members receive an automatic discount. I've discovered many great deals in the secret sale section. Whenever I compare my Stylevana cart to other KBeauty sites, SV always has the better deal, and the variety is unmatched. They also have good coupons that include full-sized products. Shipping is decent if you pick items that are in stock. Can't say enough, I just like Stylevana.

My second time orderin korean skincare stuff from Stylevana and not really sure why they've been rated so poorly by others. They offer good prices, often cheaper compared to UK based businesses. I usually order a decent amount to get free shipping and pay a bit extra for shipping insurance. Considering how much cheaper the products are, I think it's worth it to make sure you're covered in case something happens with the courier company. I placed an order which was delivered after 8 working days. Also I had a problem accessin the website and emailed customer services. To my surprise, I got a prompt response within 24hrs and problem solved. Very happy customer and will be using again!

Scam

I made the mistake of purchasing products on this page in the month of February, which were never delivered to me. I contacted customer service two weeks later and they answered me that they were investigating the case.... Three months later they were still investigating, and I wrote to them 5 more times, but they did not answer me again... Finally in May I decided to file the complaint with Paypal, the method I used to pay, and thanks to them I was finally able to receive the refund notice. I will never buy from this website again!

I regularly get my skincare from Stylevana. It's a real deal for Korean skincare. Prices are fair, often with IG discounts. Delivery is swift, usually 2nd day. It takes 2-3 weeks, but that's okay. Packaging's good, not like yesstyle's plastic bags. Only small downside is new "viral" products not always in stock.

Ordered on March 6th and still waiting with no updates. Tried contacting customer service multiple times with no response. Paid over £1,600 and haven't received anything. Going to contact my bank and take further action against these scammers. Avoid ordering from them, terrible customer service and seems like a scam.
