Right pads, return was clunky

Reached for the chat when my order showed left side only. They fixed it before dispatch, which was great. Parts fit fine, pricing was solid. I did try to return a mistaken extra and the RMA steps felt a bit old school with forms and photos.

VIN check saved me

Whole search took five minutes. I pasted my VIN, the site flagged two incompatible filters and showed the right one. Checkout was easy, email updates were steady, and the box landed two days later. Felt smooth and no guesswork.

Got some car parts for

Got some car parts for my Toyota Prius and at first the price looked really good. Then, about a week later, DHL dropped a surprise import duty and tax bill on me for £62. It was a proper pain. If you’re in the UK, do be careful with this one because the final cost can end up way higher than it first seems. Looking back, I probably should have just used Euro Car Parts or another UK based seller. Once the extra charges were added, it wasn’t a bargain anymore, just more expensive. Shame really, because I thought I had found a decent deal. I wont be ordering again from here.

Trustworthy fitment and brands

Their selector nailed my Civic’s discs first try. I felt reassured opening sealed brand boxes and everything bolted up smoothly. Car stops like new.

Right parts, quick dispatch

Searched by plate number, added filters and brake pads. Checkout was straight and shipping left same day. Parts matched perfectly and arrived well packed.

Good quality and service

Felt confident ordering. Product matched the description and shipping updates were timely. I’d buy again based on this experience.

Straightforward shopping experience

Site loaded fast, categories were clear, and checkout was smooth. Account setup was optional, which I liked. No confusion finding specs.

Helpful fitment confirmation

Support double-checked my VIN and confirmed the correct rotors. Response was quick, courteous, and precise. Issue-free install.

Accurate fit and good service

From search to order, it was smooth. I had a torque spec question and got a helpful link. Box arrived with solid packaging. What stood out was the proactive fitment verification email.

Right parts first time

Entered my car details, the compatibility check flagged a mismatch and suggested the correct pads. Checkout was fast, shipping tracked perfectly.

Parts that inspire trust

Everything matched specs and installed cleanly. I felt confident taking the car on a long drive afterward.

Click that prevented hassle

The compatibility alert stopped me from buying the wrong sensor. Relief now, not returns later.

Decent quality, watch shipping

Brake kit fit and finish were fine, packaged safely. I felt mildly annoyed at the shipping surcharge, but the parts themselves are solid and quiet.

Good service, slight delay

Ordered coolant hoses and a cabin filter after their system checked compatibility. Communication was steady with status emails. Delivery slipped by a day due to the courier, but parts were boxed well and exactly as described. Installed same evening without drama.

Right parts first time

Punched in my plate, the fitment tool matched discs and pads, and checkout was painless. Confirmation arrived fast with tracking. Everything bolted up perfectly in the driveway.

Compatibility double-check fast

Sent my VIN and they confirmed the part number in under an hour. That extra certainty mattered to me.

Solid brake kit quality

Felt confident after unboxing. Hardware fit perfectly and pedal feel improved. No squeaks after bedding in.

Vehicle lookup worked well

Site makes it simple to find the right fit by model and year. Specs were detailed, pictures clear, and checkout straightforward. Confirmation emails included return instructions just in case, which I liked.

Parts matched my VIN

I used the vehicle selector, added my VIN, and they confirmed compatibility before shipping. Tracking updates were steady. Brake parts arrived well packed and installation went fine. Prices felt fair, and the 30-day return policy gave me peace of mind.

So, I decided to try

So, I decided to try Trodo.com again after a good first buy, and honestly, they impressed me once more. The whole ordering thing was a breeze—super quick and simple. The delivery? Fast as lightning, seriously! The item I got was just like they described, no surprises or anything, which is always a relief. Everything showed up just right, no problems whatsoever. It’s nice to find a company that knows how to keep things consistent and trustworthy. With how they've handled my orders, I’d say they’re worth checking out if you're on the fence. I’m sticking with them for my future buys, that’s for sure!
