The team at Worldpress offers great service

The team at Worldpress offers great service and is always ready to help when I need support. Most of the time, everything just runs smoothly. It's important to know what you’re getting when you buy from them. If you require a lot of help with plugins or themes, then you should consider the paid option from the developers, as that is what you're paying for. But if you’re already familiar with WordPress and just need basic functionality, WorldPress IT is the right choice. I am still a very happy customer.

WP Rocket's purchase is not working properly.

WP Rocket's purchase is not working properly. They are only distributing the plugin file that they buy from WPmain, but they do not have the API for the plugin. This is crucial for the plugin to function correctly.

The plugin I bought didn't work at first. At first, I didn't get a reply from support, which was frusterating. After leaving a review on Trustpilot, the company got in touch, refunded my order, and gave me a new version of the plugin that now works. I appreciate your effort to fix the issue and your customer service.

Discovering this website was a game-changer for me.

Discovering this website was a game-changer for me. Skeptical at first, I tried Yoast SEO with the mindset of 'why not, it's just $5'. Fast forward 3-4 years, and I can confidently vouch for their stellar customer support and reliable products. My Elite subscription lapsed due to my oversight, leading to an unexpected charge issue which I resolved with their understanding team. Despite the confusion, their persistence and professionalism shone through. I'm impressed by how they've consistently optimized my website, resolving any glitches promptly. Despite the hiccups, I'm sold—I'm even considering their lifetime membership. If you're serious about your website's success, these guys are worth every penny.

Absolutely amazing!

I bought a WP plugin from em and it was exactly as they said. They were quick to fix an issue I had after an update on the same day I bought it that made my download "outdated". After contacting customer service, thanks to Patrick, they fixed it and gave me the new version for free. If you need a WP plug-in, this is the site for you.

I'm not a WP pro and need to learn a lot

I'm not a WP pro and need to learn a lot, so I have a Life membership. Everything I download works, even WP problems solved by support. I am amazed by the support I get. Quick replies solve problems I make. The delay on 'Chat' makes it impractical but I'm surprised it's offered given what I paid! I have latest versions of plug ins, updated regularly. In 9 months, I can't fault the package. Value is way above what I paid. Thanks to Worldpressit for being genuine and sincere. Brillant service, in my opinion.

After using their service for less than a month

After using their service for less than a month, I must say, they're doing a great job. They've saved me at least $500 so far. When I don't get how a plugin works or how to set a template, I just ask on messenger, and they respond right away with links and descriptions. They guide you until you figure things out. And all this for less than $15 a month, with access to thousands of templates and plugins plus real support... incredible. I still can't believe they're here.

Well, the platform is really good.

I've been using Worldpressit for plugins for over 1.5

I've been using Worldpressit for plugins for over 1.5 years and am happy I purchased the Premium Lifetime License. Their variety of products is great and there's never been any serious issues. In rare cases, they're available and polite to help resolve any problems. The only thing I'd like them to improve is the rate of product updates. I understand it's a big job, though. I recommend their products. They're for real.
