A saviour of our business

My business benefited greatly from these guys, their support replies almost in minutes and all 20 or so items I got work perfectly well. I saved a lot of money and managed to stay in business despite the pandemic, thanks to them,

I reckon this reply from support is sufficient :)

I reckon this reply from support is sufficient :) "Ignore that and just answer my direct question :) What are the SPECIFIC issues regarding premium tools, functions, or options REGARDLESS of the license notices?" I'm not a fan of overpaying, I confess, but if the low price is because the "license is not valid," does that mean all cracked licenses are acceptable too? Sorry, that doesn't sit right with me.

I bought the WP Offload

I bought the WP Offload Media Pro Plugin, and I've got around 18,000 images that I want to shift to S3. Unfortunately, I didn't receive any license for it, and the plugin seems to be running on an outdated version. I'm wondering if I can update it, and also, how can I obtain the license for it?

I purchased the Divi Builder theme

I purchased the Divi Builder theme, but I encountered an issue when attempting to upload it to WordPress. The error message stated, "The theme does not have a style.css stylesheet." Assistance needed!

I purchased the AdForest theme.

I purchased the AdForest theme. It is not working, and they have not replied to my previous message.

The theme I purchased isn't functioning properly

The theme I purchased isn't functioning properly, and the support team's response was disappointing. Rather than offering genuine assistance, they directed me to standard troubleshooting steps, such as checking the WordPress version and plugin compatibility, which didn't address the theme's issues.

Can’t recommend them enough!

I've been using their themes for a while now, and let me tell you, the support is just top-notch. Whenever I've had a question or run into a snag, there's always someone on the other end ready to help out, no delays. It's like having a reliable buddy who's got your back every time. The team really knows their stuff and you can feel they genuinely care about getting things right. Makes the whole experience smooth and stress-free. You don’t find service like this everywhere. If you’re looking for themes and want a team that’s got your back, this is the place to go. Can’t recommend them enough!
