We had a wonderful experience with Lime and Lou. We picked a watercolor portrait for our first order and it came out really nice. They sent us a proof sheet very quickly before printing. They also asked if we could film the unboxing and if our video was picked, we would get a $200 gift card for future buys. We did get the gift card and are now waiting on an acrylic picture. We also got the small canvas picture for free and all have been good quality. Their customer service is super fast and I can see they really care about helping their customers.

I ordered 2 Watercolor Dream Custom Canvases as wedding shower gifts and they turned out beautiful. The whole process was smooth, and they send a link to the product for you to approve (or make changes) before going into production, so it’s just right when it arrives. They’re quick to respond, very supportive, and professional throughout. I’ve got another wedding shower this fall and will definitely be ordering my 3rd one!

Disappointed

Ordered the song record in a frame. Opened the order and the record looked wrinkled and the frame is cheaply made. This seemed like something special for my wife since it is a song she really likes. I wanted the acrylic cover and it appeared to be something a little thicker than flimsy plastic. The frame was constructed of paper material. For the price, I would think the frame should be constructed of wood. Was not a good value for the price.

I got a pop art style of a photo from 20 years ago of me and my husband on our wedding day. Even if the original picture wasn’t very clear (like from a disposable camera), Limeandlou did an amazing job with it. They also created a lovely sketch of our children, and their customer support is really good.

Right from the start, the drawing of my wife and our grandson looked amazing. Delivery came very quik, which was great. There was a small issue with the title, but they fixed it fast. Quality gets an A+. Service gets an A+. Customer care also A+.

Getting in touch with someone is honestly one of the worst things I’ve ever had to deal with. I paid extra for faster shipping, the product was promised, but it never arrived, and I can’t get a refund on the extra shipping charges. I do appreciate the response, but it’s still been a disappointing experience. I just hope it’s worth it in the end.

I am very happy with this company. I ordered 2 big canvas’ - such amazing quality, we chose to get a third one. When we got our art (just a week after I ordered!) I saw a mistake that was my own fault. I sent them an email to ask what could be done about it (again, my mistake, not theirs). They replied fast & were very polite; their solution was better than I hoped. I highly recomend this company.

When I first came across this product, I thought it would make a great present for my girlfriend. The ordering process was really easy, I liked the sample they sent over, and it showed up right on schedule, well-protected. Great product. It’s hanging in my girlfriend's Livingroom now. She loves it.

Ripped Off

I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience from Lime & Lou. I ordered a picture well in advance of Valentines Day, but it never was delivered, missing the special day for wife. I paid $165.00 for a picture. This was very frustrating and ruined our special occasion. While I understand things can happen…timely deliveries are crucial especially when you are promised a delivery date in advance of the date the item is needed. Despite the high cost of the picture the lack of delivery and communication from the company in unacceptable. I trusted Lime & Lou to deliver a premium product that I paid a premium price, and I was left empty- handed. After emailing Lime & Lou, they agreed to refund my money fully. I was not happy I did NOT receive the picture, but I was happy they were willing to refund my money. But wait.. Lime & Lou has really proven what kind of scam company they are ..Lime & Lou charged my Visa for another $165.00 for a order I never received! Now I have two (2) charges on my Visa for a picture I ordered from Lime & Lou..a picture that they never sent. I hope this honest review reaches anyone thinking about purchasing anything from Lime & Lou.

It was a nice change from the usual nice bunch of flowers for Valentine's Day. It was twice as expensive, but - seeing that it came from the USA to the UK in a short time, I’m definitely not complaing. Just wouldn’t spend this much on a regular basis.

Stay away from Lime & Lou . They’re fake, they take your money and never send the merchandise. You can’t call them, their phone number is fake and when you email them, you get the runaround.
