I spent a lot of money only to receive a totally scratched up piece of artwork that I am embarrassed to hang in my home. I have contacted customer service, which turns out to be useless. They only use delay tactics to try to wait you out and hope you will just go away. They have done nothing to remedy the situation even though I have done everything they have asked. I think they are scammers!

I ordered in plenty of time for Christmas and according to the shipping info they sent me my item would have been here in time. However it did not show so I contacted the shipping co UPS and they told me the entire shipping info sent to me from limeandlou was a lie. The item was never sent. I should have known that you should never buy from a site with no phone number. I contacted limeandlou and all I get is a computer generated response that I will get my item soon. I wont hold my breath.

I ordered a Music Memory Disc Canvas as a gift for a special event, with a specific delivery date of 23rd December (for a party). I had an abysmal experience with Limeandlou. I ordered a Personalized Embroidered Hoodie for my wife as an anniversary gift on December 2nd, with a promised delivery date of December 11, 2024. Now it’s December 13, and my order hasn’t even shipped! The customer service is horrendous. They don’t have a phone number—just a form to fill out for email responses. I submitted my inquiry and received an automated reply claiming my order was on its way, which turned out to be a complete lie. Here’s the timeline: December 11: I asked for an urgent update. They sent an automated response saying my order was on the way. December 12: I pointed out that the tracking number showed no shipment. They insisted it would arrive in three business days. December 13: I followed up again, and crickets—no response. Limeandlou’s service is shockingly bad. I wouldn’t trust them with another gift. If this is how they treat customers, it’s clear they don’t care about fulfilling their promises. I’ll update this review only if I ever receive the product, but right now, I’m utterly frustrated and dissatisfied.

Don't bother with this company unless you're prepared for disappointment

What a waste of money I spent trying to surprise my mother and father Inlaw. Zero communication as we have passed expected delivery date. No way to contact them if needed. Many other reviews have proven otherwise and I just really wish I read them all before paying the amount I did. Go else where and always look for reviews first!

I did run into a small problem with the system processing my payment while I was working late, and by the time I contacted support the next day, the shipping date had changed by a day, which didn’t fit my schedule. When I contacted customer service, they suggested upgrading my shipping for an extra $15, but unfortunately, my order didn’t arrive when I needed it, nor on the updated date. However, these minor inconveniences are nothing compared to how much we love having our pets’ artwork on the wall, seeing them brought to life every day.

Avoid this company!

Avoid this company! I paid more than $300 for their Gold Record, which turned out to be nothing more than a plastic poster. No glass, and the frame felt super flimsy and cheap. The "gold" record part had bends and dents all over it, making the whole thing look low-quality. The concept is nice, but for $300+ it's a joke. If it was $50, I would have let it slide, but this price for something so poorly made is unacceptable. I won’t be buying from them again!
