Потрібно було змінити вікно доставки. Через чат підказали оформити в My Choice, інструкції зрозумілі, але за зміну взяли невелику плату. Пакунок прибув без затримки. Сервіс ввічливий.

Доставили в суботу вчасно

Очікував доставку в понеділок, але завезли в суботу і це виручило. Трек працював чітко, смс приходили вчасно. Перенесення адреси платне, але Access Point поруч, тож влаштувало.

Трекінг чіткий, опцій багато

Трекінг у додатку супер детальний, з фото доставки. Кур'єр акуратний. Раз не дали змінити адресу без доплати, але це в правилах. В цілому надійно.

Helpful with delivery change

I called about redirecting to an Access Point. The agent explained the fee, checked eligibility, and processed it in minutes. Package was safe for pickup next day. Clear and polite.

Reliable tracking every time

The scans were frequent, ETA updates accurate, and the delivery photo helped. I felt confident leaving a release since My Choice let me tweak instructions easily.

Charge

They charged me without my consent. Now I have to go through the process of trying to cancel and get my money back.

After waiting over 3 weeks with no delivery

After waiting over 3 weeks with no delivery, I’m now stuck on a call for 30 minutes. Sadly, the customer service reps here in the USA don’t speak good English, which just makes everything take longer. They told me their centers don’t have phones, which is hard to believe. They can't even give me any info about our local store, which is just ridiculous. Now, I’m still missing packages that haven’t arrived in 26 days.

I had a package supposed to come from Carrollton

I had a package supposed to come from Carrollton, TX, to Brookhaven, MS. Instead, it ended up in Smyrna, TN. What a waste of time!!! Don’t give me the "sorry for the hassle" nonsense like you told others. It's too late for that now. If I get to choose a shipper in the future, I will go with FedEx.

Awful company, awful customer support.

Awful company, awful customer support. Constant delays but they just alter the delivery date to claim it wasn’t late. I’ve had two parcels with their delivery dates changed 4/5 times each. They add custom fees even if the total value (including VAT and shipping) is under £135 and blame the shipper (turns out UPS told customs the value was higher so they could apply their fees). This happened with two different packages. Just avoid this bad company if you can; they don’t deliver on time and add fees whenever they feel like it, no matter the customs rules.

This compny is trash

This compny is trash. They got franchis stor, can't give back mony for broken stuff. Don't use UPS!! Their support? Waste time, no help, no clams. Complains do nothing, just talk to franchis. UPS IS USELESS.

Every time any of my parts suppliers uses UPS

Every time any of my parts suppliers uses UPS, there are problems. The latest case is the shipment from China to Trinidad - their local subcontractor was unable to deliver the package to the TT Customs in the port (Chaguaramas), but they held it at the airport instead - some 21 miles away.

The company's performance

The company's performance always leaves me scratching my head. Every time I deal with them, I run into problems. This last time, my package showed up five days late and it was already opened. I guess I'd use them again only if I'm desperate.
