Є кілька моментів. По-перше, у них є чат, яким керує справжня людина. Вона відповідає на реальні питання реальними відповідями. Раніше це було нормою, але зараз це рідкість. Дуже ціную такий особистий підхід. По-друге, я нещодавно отримав свій перший товар від них, і він справді якісний. Відповідає всім очікуванням, робить те, для чого був придбаний. Ніяких труднощів чи зайвих клопотів – просто працює. Монтаж не викликав проблем, і виглядає чудово.

Не співпрацюйте з цією компанією. Жахлива організація, неодноразово вказували не мою адресу, попри те, що запевняли, що все буде вірно. Я виявив багато брехні з їхнього боку, а в кінці я так і не отримав того, що замовляв. Те, що мені надіслали, довелося змінювати, щоб хоча б працювало, оскільки обладнання, яке вони надали, не підходить і не є достатньо міцним для виконання своїх функцій.

Перші враження та проблеми: Загальна якість виготовлення здається міцною, але є кілька помітних недоліків в контролі якости. Кришка заднього відсіку мала погнутий засув (це не підходить для товару преміум-класу), і навіть після спроб вирівняти її, вирівнювання було невірне — не вдалося застібнути належним чином.

Я досі не отримав своє замовлення та номер для відслідковування, хоча мені сказали, що UPS вже забрав посилку. Я буду повідомляти свою кредитну компанію про шахрайство. Якщо я все-таки отримаю своє замовлення, я з радістю видалю цей відгук. Але поки що... як споживач, я вважаю своїм обов'язком повідомити про це, щоб інші не потрапили в таку саму ситуацію, особливо коли багато інших пишуть про те ж саме у відгуках!

Мій візит в район Хоу був дуже приємним. Хоч я не надто любитель пригод, але кожного року тренуюсь для кількох півмарафонів і нещодавно насолоджувався поїздкою до Big Bend. Було дуже приємно знайти чудову систему ящиків, яка ідеально підходить до мого 4Runner, а ціни на розпродажі до Хеллоуїна виявились набагато кращими, ніж я очікувала. Усе було в ідеальному стані.

Road trip build, mixed bits

Camping setup rocks, the slide-out kitchen made coffee at dawn a breeze. One panel had scuffed packaing and a nick, which they made right, but it ate a weekend. Still, the layout is clever and the drawers don’t rattle on washboard roads.

3 months to get your order - sad

I think the reviews on their website are bogus. They have over 5k reviews but no one in off roading has never heard of them? So many reviews yet it takes them over 2 months to get a simple order out to you? I ordered the basic wood floor structure for my jeep. I don’t even know what’s it’s called since my invoice just said 1x product, with no name or description. I order this mid May 2026. Now it’s mid July, haven’t received an email or any follow up on product. Kind of forgot about it till I saw an ad pop up on my phone. Decided to call to see where my product was. I was told it would be another 2 weeks before they ship it. At that time I asked to cancel the order since I’m not interested in ordering the drawer system that would go on top to complete the build. I don’t want to wait another 3-4 months for that to come in. I don’t know if this is really a company. All the reviews I’ve read state the same problem. Why would you take so many orders if you’re 3 Months out? Why wouldn’t you send follow up’s to customers so they know they aren’t being scammed? If it’s taking 2+ months I’m sure they’re having these systems built in china just to be dropped shipped from them to you. On top of all this their receipt system is garbage. Mine didn’t even have an order number or description of what I purchased, just said product and had a price. At least make that look legit. You call customer service to cancel the order and you can’t even provide an order number because they never give you one 😂 I’d look elsewhere

Drawers slid out, stove locked in, and dinner happened in 10 minutes. I felt like I’d hacked vanlife for a hatchback.
